POSITION
Summary:
The Branch Sales Manager, Temporary Staffing, is accountable for the overall operation of their branch office, with 80% of the Manager's time spent on inside and outside sales & marketing activities. The Branch Manager is expected to create and implement a successful marketing and business plan to meet and exceed sales, profits and financial targets. Responsibilities include selecting, training and developing each member of the branch staff and monitoring their performance to ensure that they achieve expected daily production results.
No time to train. Must have successful temporary staffing industry experience. All resumes not containing experience as a Senior Staffing Specialist or Branch Manager in temporary staffing will be deleted. Staffing experience a must. A demonstrated history of staffing, recruiting, training, supervising and motivating others in the temporary staffing industry. Up-beat, enthusiastic, type-A leadership skills a must. Must be a hands-on manager that rolls up his/her sleeves and gets highly involved in outsides sales & marketing / Networking.
Must be willing to immediately relocate to El Paso, Texas or Las Cruces, New Mexico. Relocation assistance provided.

JOB REQUIREMENTS /
Qualifications:
o3-5 years experience in the Temporary Staffing Industry (only), working with a high volume office (prefer 12,000
weekly hours);
oMinimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role (Senior Recruiter, Assistant Manager or Management). May consider a Senior-level Staffing Specialist that is ready, willing & able to step up into a Management role; Looking for someone that actually knows how to manage sales staff.
oBachelors Degree in Business OR equivalent experience with a demonstrated track record of success in the temporary staffing industry highly preferred;
oSelf-starter. Assertive Sales skills a must. Charismatic personality, extremely goal oriented with strong desire to succeed at all costs. Entrepreneurial Management skills absolutely necessary;
o Must be an out-of-the-box thinker, have an ownership' mentality;
oClear understanding of P&L management / financial performance indicators & the business ability and skills to make the adjustments necessary to increase top line performance, cut unnecessary office expenses and improve branch profits. Must fully understand the value of hiring, training, motivating and retaining quality employees

POSITION
Responsibilities:
The Branch Sales Manager must demonstrate team-orientation with all levels of employees and customers, however, must be willing to individually take complete ownership & responsibility for branch sales, operations and results.
oIdentify, pursue and develop new temporary client accounts through awareness of local market, maintaining strong business relationships with key customer accounts and business leaders in our community; Will need to be highly involved in community organizations / programs;
oConduct daily desk reviews of staff and office to effectively monitor the activities of the staff to ensure the branch is producing at its optimum service level. Conduct performance evaluations and prepare development plans for branch staff on a timely manner;
oMonitor the branch's workers' compensation and unemployment claims to minimize the office's exposure and resulting modifiers;
oKnowledge of financial concepts / Profit and Loss Management, as well as EEO / labor laws are critical success factors;
oDevelop and implement branch revenue and expense forecasts. Establish a budget and assist senior management with the development of short and long range growth plans;
oFollow up with client accounts regularly, regarding their perception of service, assess the impact and respond accordingly to ensure maximum profitability;
oContinually develop and maintain knowledge of economic trends and changes affecting your office. Maintain records of competitors, including respective shares of the market, locations, services, benefits, marketing strategies, brochures, staff, etc.;
oSet and monitor bill and pay rates based on skill categories. Ensure proper credit references are obtained and client credit limits are established according to guidelines. Perform collection of all outstanding accounts receivables;
oOperating within company policy, the Branch Manager exercises discretion and independent judgment in making decisions for their branch.
