Reports to the Program manager. Develop Flight Operating Procedures/Ground Operating Procedures IAW DCMA Instruction 8210 and obtain concurrence for implementation from the GFR. Develop Aviation Safety procedures which comply with AR 95-20. DA Phamplet 385-90, and Afghan Aviation Procedures Guide for approval by USG Aviation Safety Representative. Participate in all safety meetings. Participate inEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
