The Cleaner is responsible for the daily upkeep of the designated areas which are newly build houses, to leave the property spotless for its new home owner.
The Cleaner is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with company policy and all safety protocols, and supports the overall objective of meeting the expectations.
Responsibilities Clean designated areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, etc) Carry out heavy cleansing tasks Stock and maintain cleaning supplies Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Position requirements Female Cleaner Bilingual (English, Spanish) Must have own reliable transportation 18 or older Integrity and ability to work independently detail oriented must be able to carry 20
lbs Salary Minimum wage (raises based upon performance) Schedule Monday-Friday (subject to change) 40/hrs week Job Type:
