Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Transcribe notes and correspondence - Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory - Provide customer support and address client inquiries or concerns - Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning, & mail runs.
Experience:
- Previous experience as an office assistant is preferred - Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping This is a part-time position.
