Use MS Office programs to input information (Excel, Word, OneDrive, etc.
) Effectively communicate with management to complete tasks Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls using phone contact handling skills, active listening, and problem resolution to satisfy customer needs.
Perform office tasks such as email correspondences, filing paperwork, addressing mail, creating invoices, etc.
Maintain a clean and orderly office Daily tasks will change from time to time depending on the current needs Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 2 years customer service/office experience Excellent written and verbal communications skills Must be able to report to work as assigned with minimal absences Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively unsupervised Strong multi-tasking skills Comfortability using computers, Ipads, various computer programs, telephones and other technology on a daily basis Daily use of office equipment (printer, scanner, ipads, phones, etc.
