Insight Living Insight Living Yuma, AZ Yuma, AZ $17 - $20 an hour $17 - $20 an hour 15 hours ago 15 hours ago 15 hours ago Answer phone calls Greets and welcomes guests Receives and delivers incoming mail/packages Schedules meetings and coordinate office activities Responsible for office supply and equipment orders per budget and needs of the Community following the purchasing procedures of Insight Administrative tasks in the absence of receptionist or at the request of Executive Director Supervises the receptionist team providing oversight and training.
Acts as Community Bookkeeper including:
Responsible for Accounts Receivable (A/R) such as occupancy reports, billing residents and ensuring resident and employee timely collections and reporting; Responsible for Accounts Payable (A/P) working collaborative with the leadership team in working with the Community monthly budget, proper coding, reporting and approving payments of expenses per policy and the accounting software used Responsible for payroll (PR) functions including training staff on how to properly check in and out for shifts, appropriately correcting time records, approving payroll hours and verifying correct pay and benefits to employees.
Acts as an on-site Human Resources assistant by:
Inputting new hires and status changes (such as pay increases or terminated employees) in approved software Participate in recruiting employees including placing approved job postings, being on the interview committee and verifying applicants meet requirements through references, criminal history checks, abuse registry, TB tests, certification requirements, etc.
On-boarding of employees to help ensure all employment requirements, orientation and training are all completed timely per policy and rules using approved vendor and software.
Maintains employee personnel files Onboards new hires and ensures completion of required forms Tracks employee training Assists with benefits administration Assists supervisors in helping to ensure timely performance evaluations for staff per policy Schedules and participates in monthly in-services per policy Acts as a record keeper for resident business records including signed residency agreements, legal representative documentation, resident rate schedules (specific to each resident to ensure rate increases are applied timely), resident orientation and training records (resident rights, resident guidebook, emergency procedures, etc.
) Is part of the leadership team working collaboratively with the team Assists the Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Health Services and Executive Director in the move-in process and orientation for residents.
Also assists in providing tours when necessary and reconciles occupancy reports with the Director of Sales and Marketing during daily leadership meetings.
Assists the leadership team in understanding how to manage labor and expenses through the use of expense management systems.
Be familiar with all Community software to the degree of necessary use and routine auditing (ensuring software is being used effectively to help meet goals).
Attends software trainings to help ensure adequacy.
Includes software for the following:
Accounting software - including billing, A/R, A/P, GL Customer Relations Management (CRM) software Education and Training software Payroll software Scheduling software Plant Maintenance Electronic Health Records (and EMARs) Menu software POS software Visitor Management System Communication System with related app Intranet and expense management system Assists in regulatory compliance including assisting with immediate plan of correction per policy Demonstrate an interest in team members and participate in recognizing standards of excellence and in the development of growth plans for interested team members.
To perform other duties that may be set forth by the management company or specified by the Community Executive Director or Insight President, completing all assigned duties which may change from time to time according to resident's needs, staffing levels and working circumstances.
Meet the assisted living requirements for criminal history screening Sincere interest in providing quality and innovative care for seniors Ability to understand the policies and procedures of the Community including emergency plans Follow mandatory reporting requirements and Resident Rights Ability to work as part of a team Additionally:
High school diploma or equivalent required and additional education or training preferred.
At least 2 years' experience in office management and bookkeeping experience.
Supervisory experience required.
General HR knowledge necessary.
Excellent computer skills including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google and accounting software.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
