? Complete coaching credentials through USA swimming as required yearly.
? Write and implement workouts for each practice.
? Participate in coaching meetings.
? Physically and verbally able to interact with members and staff.
? Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
? Strong core values that include respect, trust, and integrity ? Ability to provide consistent, positive motivation to primary ages of 6 to 19 yrs.

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ? Passion and enthusiasm for competitive swimming and a desire to excel professionally.
JOB HOUR RANGES:
Part-time position:
Hours vary from 3- 20 hours per week; Afternoon/Evening Weekend hours are required for local swim meets and practices for some squads.
