Responsibilities includes recruit, coach and supervise all associates assigned to the area, including reviewing job performance, addressing disciplinary concerns and motivating all associates To achieve established sales goals.
To participate in the selection of a high-performance sales team.
To maintain a high-performance team through educating, coaching, motivating, and appraising performance.
To manage the team schedule within budgeted hours and based on business needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
