For this position, we are looking for a strong candidate who has the ability and knowledge to drive and achieve results in our sunglass shop.
Experience with sunglass brands including Oakley, Ray-ban, Maui Jim, Versace, Gucci and multiple other brands preferred.
Sunglass specialists pay will be based on experience.
There is an opportunity to earn 3% commission on your personal sunglass sales each month.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries - Utilize product knowledge to recommend and sell products - Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register - Maintain stock levels and ensure products are displayed properly - Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers - Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Knowledge of Sunglasses and the ability to explain technical specifications to customers - Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Experience operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately - Previous experience in sales or a similar retail environment is an asset Job Type:
