In partnership with Information Technology teams and clinical areas, utilizes our ticketing system to monitor Service Desk productivity to ensure efficient resolution of reported issues.
Maintains an in-house knowledge base and the effective dissemination of technical solutions to minimize the time individual staff members spend in troubleshooting routine and recurrent user issues.
Develops documentation on business application functions and provides training to users.
Gathers and reports operational metrics, accomplishments, and priorities to leadership.
Utilizes reports to identify underlying trends which may be indicative of underlying technical, management and training-related issues which require corrective action.
The Supervisor Service Desk fosters a culture of continuous improvement through the use of Lean principles.
Minimum Requirements:
Associate degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
