- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately - Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Previous experience in jewelry, technical, or electronics sales is preferred - Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail - Organizational skills to maintain a neat and tidy work environment We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate / Cashier who can provide exceptional service to our customers.
