years' experience in the construction industry.

Duties include:
Procurement of new projects.
Project budging, schedules, cost estimating, establish scope of work.
Ability to read plans, specifications.
Knowledge of management software similar to Procore, excel, word.
Thorough understanding of contract language, evaluate change orders and design changes.
Evaluate shop drawings, material submittals based on specifications.
Manage RFI process.
Ability to build rapport with government personnel and clients.
Salaried position, anticipate 45 to 55 hours per week.
Live in Yuma, Arizona The Project Manager will be based in Yuma AZ.
