Job Details -WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING THE ROLE- Take time to get to know homeowners- Explain what will happen throughout the day- Practice efficient demolition in order to minimally impact customers- Provide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site- Preparation of window/doors and existing openings such as taping, caulking and cleaning- Exterior/Interior finish work on all productsWHAT YOU BRING THE PERSON- Window installation and remodel experience- A proven track record of superior workmanship - High School Diploma or equivalent- 1 year of construction or carpentry experience- 1
