Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Client Consultation:
Meet with agricultural employers and H-2A workers to assess their immigration needs, answer their questions, and provide information on the H-2A visa application process and program requirements.
2.
Document Management:
Assist employers and workers in preparing and submitting the necessary documents, including H-2A visa applications, permanent labor certifications (green card), and other related paperwork.
3.
Market Research:
Conduct research to understand the local agricultural labor market, identify potential clients, and assess their immigration service needs.
4.
Marketing Strategy:
Implement marketing strategies to promote immigration services for agricultural companies with H-2A workers.
5.
Promotional Materials:
Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, to highlight the services offered.
6.
Networking:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and community meetings to network with potential clients and partners in the agricultural sector.
7.
Customer Service:
Offer excellent customer service to agricultural employers and H-2A workers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the agricultural industry in Yuma, AZ and the H-2A program.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Bilingual preferred - Spanish.
Experience in customer services or immigration services specific to the agricultural industry.
Working Conditions:
A combination of on-site visits to agricultural employers and interaction with H-2A workers.
The ability to travel locally to meet with clients.
