Responsibilities:
Conduct data collection and analysis to assess community health needs.
Provide support and assistance to individuals in accessing healthcare services.
Utilize medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and clients.
Promotion of health programs through coordinated comprehensive and effective outreach efforts.
To develop and implement educational/outreach programs to effectively meet the health care needs of Wellton, Yuma, Somerton and San Luis areas including migrant and seasonal farm workers
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED 2 years experience in outreach and education.
Excellent communication skills.
Current CPR certification.
Valid Driver's License with car insurance.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
Must be able to obtain fingerprint clearance card within 5 business days of employment.
