As the Community Manager you will:
Attract new residents and retain current residents to increase occupancy in property Maintain positive relations with residents, staff, main office, vendors and officials.
Manage delinquencies including the eviction process Coordinate maintenance issues Enforce rules and regulations.
Bill residents in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain the park in a safe and aesthetically pleasing manner
Qualifications:
Property management experience with proven leadership/management skills Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and solve problems/issues Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) High school diploma or GED Valid Drivers License Bilingual Preferred Job Type:
