The RV Parts staff are responsible for maintaining an efficient and profitable Parts Department.
Primary objectives include ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring the correct part is available the first visit, merchandising, maintaining good employee relationships through communication, and maintaining department records.
RV Tech / Parts Knowledge Preferred.
Job Responsibilities Work efficiently with all customers and parts and ensure the effectiveness of all retail operations.
Identify and resolve all issues in the parts department and ensure the achievement of all short and long term objectives.
Design various merchandising strategies and monitor inventory of all physical parts and oversee all return processes for parts.
Manage all purchase orders and resolve any discrepancy for all purchase orders.
Cashier at check out.
