Customer Service Advisors/Consultants manage the center of communications for all repairs and liaisons between customers and the dealership As the primary point of contact for all automotive service matters, you'll need to thoroughly understand the customer's problems and have professional presence.
The ideal candidate for this position is currently working in the retail or hospitality industry (Restaurant Server/Bartender - Banking - Hotel - Retail Store Management) and/or a minimum 5 years of experience working with the General Public.
You'll also need an unrestricted driver's license, have a clean driving record, and strong customer service skills.
Fluency in speaking and writing English, efficient time management, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are also required for this position.
