Job Description:
Customer Service Manager Duties:

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in basic math calculations - Knowledge of market trends and pest control is a plus - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
