Job Description:
Receives, records and distributes service orders to service crews upon customer requests for service.
Record information such as name, address, article to be repaired or service to be rendered.
Prepares service orders and distributes to service crew.
Schedules service calls and dispatches service crew.
Calls or writes customer to insure satisfactory performance of service.
Keeps records of service calls.
May dispatch orders and relay messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments using radio/telephone equipment Education/Licenses/Certifications/Experience Requirements:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Common Access Card required.
Job Skills Requirements:
Must be able to use MS Office, including Word and Excel.
Continual attention to detail and accurate data entry skills required.
Excellent writing skills, including good grammar, spelling, and punctuation required.
Use and operation of standard office equipment experience required.
Must have at least two years' experience in a customer service function.
Must be able to input data on computerized system, have excellent customer service skills, and be capable of multi-tasking.
Physical Requirements:
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical and periodic retests.
Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work tasks assigned.
The work is primarily sedentary, although some slight physical effort may be required.
Assignment regularly involves long periods of sitting.
Must be able speak, write, read, and understand English.
Must have a well-mannered customer service attitude.
Must be willing to cross-train in other areas.
Must be punctual, responsible, and dependable.
Must demonstrate motivation, initiative, and reliability.
Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to adjust to new or changing instructions.
Must have a demonstrated ability to follow instructions and company policy.
Must be able to deliver quality products to the customer and be responsive to their needs.

Job Requirements:
Receives all calls at the service order desk Receives requests from Mission via SharePoint and email requests from Garrison employees Updates SharePoint once orders have been processed Emails customers with Service Order numbers once orders have been processed Closes orders in SharePoint once they are completed Determines the Priority of work for each order Differentiates Real Property vs Non-Real Property work and the funds required to complete the task Assigns crew codes and defect codes Prints and distributes all SOs and called in SJOs with details and correct dates Inputs and creates all SOs and SJOs into MAXIMO including work details Inputs and creates all SOs and SJOs into GFEBS including work details Verify funding dates and amounts from Mission to make sure orders can be funded and completed on time Runs 530 (Communication Radio) to keep employees up to date and to dispatch Creates and sends outage emails to all of the installation to keep personnel updated Monitors and closes all Priority 1s daily to make sure we are closing orders on time Helps Program Manager with phone calls and messaging Coordinates and Verifies with the CORs that Priority 1s are released and approved Emails replies to customers having to do with Service Order statuses Receives all paper copies of completed SOs Updates all SMS employees with weather messages and any other messages that are needed from the Project Manager Additional Desirable
Qualifications:
Experience with General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as MAXIMO Terms of Employment & Eligibility Requirements:

Citizen and not hold multiple citizenships.
Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment.
Relevance of experience to be determined by hiring manager.
