Essential Functions:
Provide quality, compassionate nursing care under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON).
Perform all functions within the scope of practice.
Resolve difficult or complicated challenges in a positive, productive manner.
Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, visitors, physicians, and coworkers in a positive, respectful, and compassionate manner.
