The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payment transactions, expense reimbursements, and travel expenses.
In addition, the role involves assisting the Contracts Manager in setting up vendors and subcontract documents and ensuring all vendor information complies with flow-down clauses.
