Responsibilities:
Greeting customers, providing an exceptional level of engagement, and discovering furnishing needs and opportunities Helping customers make informed purchasing decisions Maintaining and cultivating relationships with prospective clients and existing customers Encouraging clients to partake in our Interior Design Program Assisting customers through the entire buying process- from purchase through delivery Achieving sales goals-monthly and yearly Preserving a positive team environment Qualifications & Preferred Skills Minimum 2 years retail sales experience required.
Retail management experience preferred but not required.
Ability to build and maintain relationships Passion for working with people Basic computer knowledge Coachable, self motivated individual ready to learn and improve Quick to connect and strong understanding of the sales process This position requires work on the weekends and holidays Job Type:
