Our guests and residents enjoy rich vacation and lifestyle experiences in our various resorts We are currently seeking a Housekeeper at our property in Yuma, AZ.
This position is responsible for the overall housekeeping of the community clubhouse, office and grounds along with the ability to follow instructions, multi-task, work in an organized manner and work closely with supervisor to complete delegated tasks.
Job Duties include:
Seeking self starter with the ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail Strong sense of customer service exhibiting a positive manner a must Daily indoor & outdoor custodial duties including but not limited to sweeping, moppingvacuuming, cleaning restrooms, kitchens & fitness center Maintain grounds and common areas, keeping them free from trash and debris Snow removal from entrances & walkways Daily grounds inspections Empty all garbage cans daily Replenish restroom & break room supplies as needed Maintain lighting by changing bulbs as needed Deliver monthly newsletters to each resident Ability to understand schematic for daily set up of tables/chairs for resident functions Assist with and attend community sponsored resident events Check buildings, maintenance shop & WWTP.
Report findings to Maintenance Supervisor Perform repairs, maintenance functions & work orders as assigned Some evenings and weekends a must Job Requirements include:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
One to three years hands-on general housekeeping and maintenance experience is required.
The ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail is required.
Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
