Responsibilities:
Maintain grounds, using various gardening equipment and tools.
In charge of grass cutting, weed control and leaf raking.
Must be able to do heavy lifting, bending and squatting Planting new trees, flowers and various plants as well as pruning.
Knowledge of sprinkler systems.
Performs preventive building maintenance duties.
Minor building repairs and painting.
Identify and report areas of repair needs.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bilingual - English and Spanish.
Self-motivated and good problem solver.
Good communication skills.
Able to work as part of a team or individually.
Physically in good shape and able to do hard manual labor.
Ability to work outdoors in the heat.
Required
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED and five (5) year building maintenance and or gardening experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
A valid Arizona driver's license is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
