Responsibilities:
As a Hotel Maintenance, you will be responsible for the maintenance and working order of the building, its equipment and all physical assets.
Core functions of the position, but are not limited to the following; -Report to Maintenance Supervisor to understand preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, routine inspections -Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.
-Wall coverings and drywall repairs.
-Shampoo carpets in guest rooms -Knowledge of HVAC.
-Basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
-Landscaping and lawn mowing.
-Interior and exterior painting.
-Pool and jacuzzi maintenance.
-Maintain shop and tools in clean, orderly and safe condition.
-Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.
Including moving furniture and helping put away orders from vendors.
-Performing of all assigned job duties, requires experience in using basic hand and power tools and the ability to stoop, kneel, grasp, lift, push and pull weights up to 100 lbs and the ability to climb a ladder.
-Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
-Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time.
