With responsibility for the day to day, back-office details, the Operations Assistant helps ensure that clients have a wonderful operational experience.
Starting pay will adjust based on related education and experience.
Responsibilities & Activities:
Supports Executive and Administrative Assistants Data gathering Data Entry Processes new accounts Processes new contributions and redemptions Processes beneficiary changes Schedules client meetings Handles miscellaneous operational activities Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation A strong focus on getting the details right Excellent organizational and time management skills An ability to handle multiple tasks and handle stress Pass a background/credit check Other Qualification Requirements:
