Responsibilities:
Perform one or more of the following tasks:
cuts grass, using walking type or riding mowers (less than 2,000 lbs.
) Trim hedges and edges around walks, flower beds and wells, using hedge trimmers, clippers and edging tools Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth, using shears and other hand tools Plant grass, flowers, trees and shrubs Water lawn and shrubs during dry periods, using hose or activating sprinkler system Pick up and/or cart away leaves, paper or other litter Repair and paint fences, gates, benches, tables, guardrails and outbuildings Assist in repair of roads, walks, buildings Clean comfort stations, office and workshop areas and parking lots by sweeping, washing, mopping and polishing Position Requirements:

Citizen Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment.
Education/Licenses/Certifications/Experience Requirements :
AZ DL.
Class B Driver's License desired Job Skills Requirements :
Cut grass, using walking type or riding mowers (less than 2,000 lbs) Trim hedges and edges around walks, flowerbeds and wells, using hedge trimmer, clippers and edging tools.
Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth, using shears and other hand tools.

Ability to use and have knowledge of all tools and equipment Ability to perform most complex and unusual task without supervision Ability to perform work in a rapid and efficient manner under extreme conditions Ability to perform work safely under hazardous conditions.
Ability to select the proper equipment Relevance of experience to be determined by the hiring manager.
