Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for GFEBS data entry and reporting Performs a diverse scope of duties, including special projects that are unique to the organization Shall have the following roles as Coordinator Lead A76 Department of Public Works (DPW) Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer A76 DPW Contractor Preventative Maintenance Controller A76 DPW Contractor GR Processor A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer A76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter Provides responsible and accountable leadership to direct reports, ensuring achievement of all objectives Fosters an environment of clear and open communications for all staff members Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software applications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must be able to meet physical capacity requirements of position as determined by the Occupational Medical Provider MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND KEY COMPETENCIES Must have experience in the following GFEBS roles:
Department of Public Works (DPW) Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer DPW Contractor Preventative Maintenance Controller DPW Contractor GR Processor DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer DPW Contractor PM Order Approver DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer DPW Contractor PM Reporter Must be able to complete GFEBS training modules provided by the Government within thirty (30) business days of being employed.
Minimum three (3) years of GFEBS experience, specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects.
Military experience is a plus TRAINING, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must be a legal U.
