New team member to manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and assistant property manager with work orders and day to day tasks.

Responsibilities Process incoming rents in compliance with financial policies and procedures Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data Organize bills, invoices and bank deposits Manage, file and process incoming accounts payable invoices according to company procedure Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status Assist in managing incoming tenant work order requests Assign and dispatch vendors as needed for each work order Skills Licensed agent is a plus Experience as accounts payable clerk (or accounts receivable clerk) Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles Self Starter Data entry skills Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software Computer proficiency Customer service orientation and negotiation skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Job Type:
