Ensures collection of all supply and readiness data Ensures accurate and timely submission of required reports to Property Accountability Manager Responsible for the proper receipt, issue, storage, inventory and disposal of all Class IX GFP and Hazardous Material/POL Responsible for proper requisitioning procedures to ensure timely supply support for all aircraft belonging to LAAF Uses all available resources to maintain end-to-end visibility of all Maintenance requisitions.
Ensure all excess/unserviceable/condemned Class IX items are turned in IAW all applicable regulations and ESOP's Performs 10% Material Inventories and reports them to Property Accountability Manager Responsible for delegating above responsibilities to Supply Section team members as needed Supervises Maintenance Tech Supply personnel, including completing all local training requirements for the Supply section Performs such additional duties as may be deemed necessary by the Project Manager Manages LOGMET Fiduciary List Maintains the LOGMET Property Management System (PMS) IAW applicable FAR/DFARs, and any other applicable written regulations as required by the contract.
Ensures accuracy and cleanliness of all property and readiness data on all database types and timely submission of required reports Audits the proper receipt, issue, storage, inventory and disposal/turn-in of all GFP IAW all applicable regulations and ESOP's Submits Purchase Requests and Work Orders as needed to ensure externally performed maintenance (GFP only) is completed in a timely manner.
This includes scheduled preventative maintenance and unscheduled service/repairs.
Works with COR to investigate and report on loss of GFP Maintains records and reports promptly and continually in GCSS-Army and ACN as applicable/required for GFP Accountability Responsible for ensuring all items requiring calibration are maintained with minimal delinquencies, as required by Installation TMDE directives.
Ensure all excess/unserviceable/condemned GFP is disposed of IAW all applicable regulations and ESOPs.
Oversight and Quality Control of physical inventory and accountability for all GFP Ensures digital record of all GFP physical inventory accountability is maintained.
Liaison with LRC/S4/Accounting/RM/Contracting regarding all matters pertaining to GFP The Property Custodian may delegate responsibilities of selected Property to shop leads as appropriate.
