As a MCA, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various operational processes within our organization.
This is a senior leadership position that requires strong business acumen, strategic planning skills, and the ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
As well as being a Realtor Retention Specialist, managing the administrative leadership team, and more.
The ideal candidate will have an accounting background and understands both accounting and the full accounting cycle.
They possess an accommodating and supportive spirit, as well as strong attention to detail.
Additionally, they have strong leadership skills to support the 100
personalities they interact with weekly.
This individual will exhibit consistency, strong follow-up skills, and great follow-through.
Ongoing professionalism with the rest of the leadership team, staff, sales associates, clients, and vendors is essential.
The ideal person will be flexible enough to handle the growth and demands of our fast-paced, high-profile, training focused office while being persistent and organized with routine, repetitive tasks and comfortable maintaining existing systems and implementing new ones.
This person will possess qualities such as a commitment to excellence, the ability to focus in a distracting environment, unwavering integrity, a results-oriented mindset, and a self-disciplined focus Duties - Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments - Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency - Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support - Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers - Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports to senior management - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred) - Proven experience in operations management or a similar role - Experience with working in a Keller Williams Realty Brokerage preferred, CRM Command, and MC Financials - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans - Experience in process improvement methodologies - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills If you feel you are the perfect candidate for this position, please include your resume and cover letter telling us why you are a great fit to join our team.
